From pick-ups and deliveries, to digital inventory management, we offer personalized, concierge-style service to exceed expectations.
Inventory Management:
To view individual collections, each managed inventory client will receive a unique username and password to gain entry into our digital inventory management system. Every bottle is carefully entered into the system and categorized by case barcode, bottle barcode, producer, vintage, region, sub-region and color. Inventory is immediately updated as wines arrive and depart from the cellar. This software provides a streamlined procedure for future deliveries, as well as, functions to organize collections by case, or bottle which can be exported into excel.
Receiving Wine on Behalf of our Collectors:
Away for the holiday’s? Buying wine from an out-of-state retailer? Recently join a wine club with no more room in your wine fridge? NO PROBLEM! We routinely receive wine on behalf of our managed inventory clients’. The wine will be inventoried, uploaded into the digital inventory management system and shelved with the rest of the collection.
Delivery and Pick-Up Service:
We provide around the clock pick-up and delivery anywhere in NYC’s five boroughs and the Tri-State area. We offer various pick-up and delivery options including a three-hour rush delivery service (pending your location), same-day service, and next-day delivery service.
